The Mumbai Police announced to have recovered the body of missing Delhi-based businessman Karan Kakkad and solving the case of his mysterious disappearance, his brother on Tuesday rejected police’s claim. Hanish Kakkad said he had doubt about the police’s claim that the body parts recovered were that of his brother. He said the skull recovered was small and the parts of the body were in different stages of decomposition. The police had said that the two accused in the case — Palande and Simran Sood — led them to the spot where Kakkad’s body was dumped. According to police, Kakkad was murdered in his house on March 6 and his body chopped into pieces and dumped in Chiplun. Earlier, his abandoned BMW car was found in Pune.
